Members of the TREE House understand that we all have a universal responsibility to create clear pathways for individual growth and development. We work with our members to identify areas in lives in which they desire to change or transform.

We work with TREE House Members to develop personalized plans for transformation (PPT). PPTs are intended to provide a guide for change. These plans will serve as the Member's service provision plan for the duration of their membership to the TREE House. The PPT plans will be reviewed with Members every two months. The reviews will support Members in track, measuring, and celebrating their personal growth and development.
